As some of you know, I recently signed up to run the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon!! I will be doing all of my training with Team Challenge for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). All of the Team Challenge participants are raising funds to help stop Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis from taking more lives.
Each one of the Team Challenge members is given a fundraising goal – which will go directly to CCFA and to help find a cure for these painful and medically incurable diseases.
My Fundraising Goal is $3,900.00!
Not only is my goal to run the 13.1 miles, but it’s also to raise every penny of that $3,900 for Team Challenge. In order to raise those funds I will be hosting cake pop making classes in my home! Here are the details:
Cake Pop Basics Class
- Saturday April 14th, 1:00pm-4:00pm
- Join me for an afternoon of cake pop making! Learn everything you need to know about making these adorable bite sized treats. We will go through how to make them step by step (no prior experience necessary!) and you’ll make and take home two dozen cake pops.
- $50 per person – all supplies are included
- 100% of the class cost will go to team challenge
**Email me at FoodieMisadventures(at)gmail(dot)com to sign up!**
I plan to do more classes over the next few months – so please email me if you would life to attend a future class and have a date in mind!
If you are unable to attend one of my classes, I would still love your support and help towards reaching my goal by making a donation to support my participation in Team Challenge – Any donation, large or small, will help us get closer to finding a cure!
Please visit my fundraising page to make a safe and secure donation.
Thank you so much for your generosity and support!
